Club "Kid-o (key-doe) will be offered at Palma Sorrento Ciro's Fitness Center for residents only beginning June 6, 2012. Children between the ages of 5-12 are welcome to come and train in a low impact martial art program.

“Club Kid-o” (key-doe)
A low impact mixed martial art training class for Children ages 5-12. This four week pilot training program will focus on physical fitness, body mechanics, self-defense; and, the building of personal and social competence skills through teamwork. All participating students who complete the 4-class session over four weeks will receive a certificate of participation and completion. Based on continued student interest, further instruction will be available on a continuous basis for belt ranking.

This looks soooo great how exciting i wish i could be there working alongside of you teaching these children this wonderful style of tkd jido kwan and hopkido, they are going to be so blessed to be able to get taught by you with all the amazing wisdom and disciple you have to offer.
