March 2012-Taekwondo's Dynamic Kicks

On Saturday, March 17, 2012 Grandmaster Miller will conduct a seminar reviewing Taekwondo's Dynamic Kicks. The art of using self-defense maneuvers involving the ones legs and feet have been around for many years. During this training, we will review hip, leg, and foot techniques used for blocking and self-defense. Before one begins training in a structured MMA class or informal training session, consideration must be given to the ideology of the warm up. In other words, we are all not of the same build or body composition when it comes to the fundamentals of body mechanics. On Saturday, March 4, 2012, Grandmaster Miller will be hosting a seminar on Body Mechanics of the MMA.
